I am very grateful that I have my health and live in such a beautiful climate!
I am very grateful that I am able to walk more than 10,000 steps every single day!
I am very grateful that because of my healthy eating habits, I have lost 4 pounds!!

I haven't been here for a long time and I miss it.
I have lots to be grateful for this year:
I am very healthy!
I am grateful that my husband and I have celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary this month.
I am grateful that I was able to give up all alcohol for the month of January. I feel so good about my health since giving it up.

December 22

I am very grateful that the semester is almost over! It has been a busy semester and I am looking forward to some rest and relaxation. I am grateful that the weather is warm and will be warm throughout the break!

December 14

I am grateful that today is the last day of my 8 week class. This was so intense to teach that I am very tired.

I am also extremely grateful for the opportunity to seek out a doctor's help when I am not feeling well. A UTI has struck and I was able to get in and see a doctor today who prescribed medication and I know I will be feeling better soon!

December 7th

I am so grateful for the time I was able to spend with my son and his wife this weekend. We had such a great time just being together.

I am grateful that the weather was terrific for them.

I am grateful that we were able to celebrate my daughter in law's 30th birthday!

I am so grateful that I have the option to teach an English composition class this semester. It is something I enjoy and love.

I am grateful that I have the ability to pay for my son and his wife to come and visit me this upcoming weekend.

I am grateful that I was able to go away for a few days and relax and enjoy the beach over the Thanksgiving break.

I am grateful that I had a few days off over Thanksgiving to rest and relax.

November 20th

I am so very grateful for another beautiful day in Panama City! The sun is shining and the sky is cloudless.
